The Rolla Foundation and the Como Chamber of Commerce present Visioni Parallele a project realized within «Viavai – Contrabbando culturale Svizzera-Lombardia», a cultural exchange program between Switzerland and Lombardy initiated by the Swiss Art Council Pro Helvetia in partnership with the Cantons of Ticino and Valais, the City of Zürich, the Ernst Göhner Foundation, and with the support of the Art Councils of the Lombardy Region and of the City of Milan.

The Rolla Foundation is hosting the exhibition Visioni Parallele – Zone Condivise; a look at the “middle-earth” landscape and at the same time a document on the peculiarities of its expansion during the last decades. Fabio Tasca studies the area along the A9 Freeway (from south of Como to the so called Agro Saronnese) while Giuseppe Chietera focuses on the peri-urban area of Locarno.

Architect, photographer. He has taken courses in photography at the City College of San Francisco in 1992, and later graduated from the School CFP Riccardo Bauer of Milan (2001). lives in Locarno, Switzerland.
He received a degree in Slavic philology. He works as a photographer and translator in Como. During the early 90s, he began to work as a photographer for a few national newspapers. This was the beginning of a personal journey which brought him to discover architectural and landscape photography. Lives in Como, Italy.
